Arizona State baseball will open its season with 11 consecutive games and 19 of its first 21 at Phoenix Municipal Stadium.
It’s a similar home-heavy start to 2019 when ASU opened 21-0, tied for the second best start in school history. The Sun Devils went on to win 38 games, returning to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in three years.
ASU plays three games against Villanova and one against Michigan during the season-opening weekend, Feb. 14-16.
The Sun Devils also host Oklahoma State, Boston College and Nebraska (return from a road series last season) in a combined seven games before playing their first road games, March 3-4 at Cal State Fullerton.
Also in non-conference games, ASU hosts Arizona on March 10, Grand Canyon on April 7 in a resumption of the crosstown series and UC Riverside in a regular season-ending series May 21-23.
The Sun Devils are at GCU on April 21 and play the Pac-12 series at Arizona on April 24-26.
Pac-12 play begins March 13 with a home series against Utah. Washington, California, USC and Oregon also are coming to Phoenix Muni.
